Witch's Day Off

The lady on the left is Akane Kowata, the free-spirited older sister of Makoto Kowata, star of the manga and anime "Flying Witch", and yes she's a full-fledged witch.  The lady on the right is her friend Inukai.  Inukai is also a witch, but one night she got drunk with Akane and accidentally cursed herself so she's forced to spend her daylight hours as an anthropomorphic dog.

But a CUTE anthropomorphic dog.  Let's get that straight.  They've found an isolated corner of the ocean to get some sun, because why not?

Flying Witch is a very gentle, pleasant, smile-inducing manga, along the lines of Yotsuba in tone.  Flying Witch is also a very funny anime, due mostly to the expertise of its director, Katsushi Sakurabi, who through deft use of comic timing turns smile moments into laugh moments.  Not a small talent.  It's only 13 episodes, but worth a look.
