And why is Mandy smiling? Well, Mandy has moved into the neighborhood of the Peanuts gang and, naturally, immediately clashed with Lucy Van Pelt. What to do? Why, steal away Lucy's boy toy (at least he is in Lucy's mind).
So, using an enchanted banjo she got from Grim, she's enticed poor Schroeder into falling for her. Why? Just to see the look on Lucy's face she's seeing now. Consequences? They're for lesser beings.
