What was Shego's mother like? She had to have one. Well, one possibility is that her mother was an international thief and ne'er-do-well who had the misfortune of falling for the police official who relentlessly pursued her, i.e. Shego's father. And they got married. And had five kids.

But happily ever after is just for fairy tales. Chafing at domestic life and parental responsibility, Shego's mom bolted for parts unknown one day, but not before leaving an unconscious impression on her eldest daughter. And now she's back, a Salem Light between her lips and larceny again in her heart, to bedevil Dr. Ann Possible and to show Shego how the older generation does it.
