Octi Attack

HIM, being the tacky dresser and all around despicable entity that he is, has magically turned Bubbles' (I don't remember the Japanese names - - sue me!) beloved toy Octi into a grasping tentacle monster bent upon destroying the Powerpuff Girls (in a strictly G-rated manner, for all you folks who just LOVE to jump to conclusions). Can the girls triumph in time to feast upon their wonderful bentos?!!

I wanted to love Powerpuff Girls Z. I do love the character designs (except for HIM - - they went just a little overboard there). But I've seen a few episodes on Youtube and the writing is, well - - a little simplistic for my tastes. If someone could combine these designs with Craig McCracken and Company's smart scripts, you could really have something. As it is now, PPGZ is watchable, but hardly memorable like the series it was based on.

Oh, but those character designs . . .
